National Marine Aquarium
 


The National Marine Aquarium (NMA) is the UK's largest aquarium located on Plymouths' waterfront. The NMA is a charity dedicated to conservation, research & education, It's mission is to Drive Marine Conservation Through Engagement.

In Deep works closely with the National Marine Aquarium both through providing diver training for staff members & through environmental diving programmes & projects. In Deeps' most recent colaboration with the NMA is an Underwater surveying project on the artifical reef of the Scylla, for local young divers, known as the Youth Exploration Divers In Deep (YEDI). This programme is the first of its kind engaging young persons with the marine environment like never before.
