Take the first step in your dive career and become a PADI Divemaster. Working closely with a PADI Instructor, you'll expand your dive knowledge and hone your skills as you become a dive professional. PADI Divemaster training develops your leadership abilities by training you to supervise dive activities and assist instructors with student divers.
Do you have a passion for teaching CPR and first aid? If so, you may be interested in becoming an Emergency First Response Instructor. As an EFR Instructor you'll have the opportunity to expand your passion for teaching and increase your income by training others to become Emergency First Responders. The PADI Assistant Instructor course is the first portion of the PADI Instructor Development Course (IDC). You'll not only gain additional experience as a PADI Professional but you'll also start learning the PADI System of diver education.
The PADI Open Water Scuba Instructor program is your final step in the quest to become a PADI Instructor. During the IDC, you'll learn to use and adapt the PADI System of diver education to individual student needs. Comprehensive training, supported by a wide variety of PADI educational materials, earns PADI Instructors respect from both students and peers. PADI Open Water Scuba Instructors may conduct a broad range of PADI programs from Discover Scuba to Divemaster.

PADI Specialty Instructor and PADI Master Scuba Diver Trainer

As a PADI Instructor, you can increase your marketability and create a greater demand for yourself by becoming a PADI Specialty Instructor. PADI IDC Staff Instructor and Master Instructor
|
Instructors who have gone beyond the PADI Master Scuba Diver Trainer certification have special credentials that allow them to teach PADI Instructor Development Courses or programs within the IDC. PADI IDC Staff Instructors can teach the AI course in its entirety and may assist with IDCs. PADI Master Instructors teach the same courses as IDC Staff Instructors, however they have achieved a higher rating through their overall support of the PADI system throughout their career as a dive professional.
